Terms Of Service
1. Acceptance
Young Bucks ("YB") provides its Young Bucks Online ("YBO") service to members under
the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be
modified from time to time. They may be reviewed at http://www.youngbucks.info/terms.php
The modified version will be enforced after publication on this website.
2. Membership
By registering you agree to the following terms:
That you are providing true, accurate, current & complete
information.
That you will update your information to remain true, accurate, current
& complete as long as you continue to use the service.
That you have the legal competence to complete such an agreement.
THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE. (as per group membership requirements)
THAT YOU WILL NOT USE YBO WHILE OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY.
You and you alone are responsible for your interactions with
other YBO members. YBO reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
All members are solely and personally responsible for the consequences of the use of this site.
YBO may cease to provide the service at any time and
without warning.
YBO may terminate a users account or various features of the users
account without warning and may not be held liable for such
terminations.
3. Profile data, guest books, blogs, pictures and other public data
All data you upload or post to YBO must not be in
violation of any law or statute. You explicitly accept this statement
and you are responsible (according to civil and criminal law) for the
data, texts and pictures that you publish.
Any and all data you upload or post must not violate or infringe upon
the rights of authors, patents or marks, or the intellectual, privacy,
personality or publicity rights of a third party.
Any and all data you upload or post may not be misleading, threatening, defamatory or tormenting.
4. Complaints procedure
You are required to report any detrimental or illegal information/public data found on our site to abuse (at) youngbucks (dot) info in a timely manner.
If YBO finds your complaint about content posted by another member to be justified, and offending content will be removed.
5. Fees & Charges
The services of Young Bucks Online ("YBO") are currently free of charge, with the exception of
any future changes to the YBO service. YBO reserves the right charge a fee for YBO membership if decided by YB Commitee at the later date.
In which case, efforts will be made to notify current YBO members, however we reserve the right to disable certain content at such a point.

texts, pictures, drawings, graphics on this website are copyright
protected. You can print them for private use. Any other usage
whatsoever requires permission from YBO.
When a user enters data that is meant to be viewable to the
public in to YBO including but not limited to text, pictures,
images, drawings or graphics for a profile page, guestbook entry,
comment entry, a photo description, etc., the user grants YBO an
unlimited licence to disseminate , use, process, translate or modify
this data.
7. Linking Policy
Anyone may add a link to the YBO website. Exceptions are the use
of frames and/or any technique which makes it unclear to a visitor on
which website s/he is browsing. Nobody has permission to link to pages, images,
or any data whatsoever within the members section of the website! This members section data
is protected by passwords for a reason, anybody caught sharing there log-in details with any third party
may face immediate Service Capping (Reduction), Suspension or Expulsion from their YBO membership and YBO Service!
8. Liability
YBO RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND DENIES ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.
YBO PROVIDES NO GUARANTEES EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED OF THE RELIABILITY,
SAFETY OR RECOMMENDED NATURE OF THE SERVICE.
All rights are reserved, except for those explicitly denied. YBO
denies all responsibility and restricts it's liability to the legal
minimum.
YBO can not and does not guarantee that YBO will function
uninterrupted and without errors. YBO gives absolutely no
guarantees about the results of using this website, nor about the
reliability or correctness of the information that can be found. This
Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
YBO can not be held responsible for any kind of damage following
from the use of this website, including but not restricted to straight
or indirect damage.
As a user, you completely accept the full responsibility and
liability for your own publications, profile & actions. You are not
only liable and responsible for the items you publish on your page,
blog, photo album etc., but also for the comments and conversation with other
members through the use of email, instant messaging, chatting, or other third party
applications or services linked or implied from this site.
Links to other websites, including banners, buttons and text
links, are the responsibility of the owner of the links. It is the
users responsibility to be aware of when s/he is leaving the site and
to act in a prudent manner on other sites. We may not be held

required to maintain the confidentiality and security of the login

The user is required to immediately inform YBO of any breech or abuse of login data via an email to abuse (at) youngbucks (dot) info, the email must contain the subject line 'LOGIN'.
13. Region
This website is made for use by an Australian gay, bisexual or curious male audience in the state of Victoria.
This website was built mainly for it's members, most features are for members only!
People who meet the group criteria are encouraged to join if they feel they would like to be apart of our group!
THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS PROHIBITED IN COUNTRIES WHERE ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE INVALID ACCORDING TO THE LOCAL LAW.
14. Jurisdiction
This agreement and the relationship between you and YBO
shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria therein
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and YBO agree to submit to the
personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YBO, its
directors, officers, committee, website developer, employees and its other
subscribers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses,
including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from any and all
use of your account or your public data whether or not authorized.
